    There is a reason why sleep is called  a wonder. Get ample amount of sleep at least 8 hours a day to relax your body and mind. Getting a sound sleep is important to provide your body and mind rest from fatigue during the day .

  5.  Physical Activity :

    Exercise, Yoga, Meditation or just an early morning stroll in the park to  breathe in some fresh oxygen  try at least one of these. This  will be beneficial for your health, mind  and skin . You will feel  fresh , active  and stress free all throughout the  day
